- I can't see your webcams...what's wrong?
- Try Start > Run > and then type "ipconfig /flushdns" without the quotes
- If you are using IE, try using Firefox instead
- Try emptying the browser cache
- in IE, select Tools > Internet Options > Programs > Manage Add Ons > and look for anything that has a Status listed as Damaged. If there is, Right click and repair/update or remove if you can't repair it.
- How should I set up my internet browser so it displays the new content on your website?
- In Internet Explorer 5/6/7 go to the top menu on your browser:
- Tools > Internet Options > Settings (under the General Tab and Temporary Internet files section, for IE7 under General/Browsing History). Then select check for new pages "every visit to the page" (don't use the default "Automatically") . I also set the amount of disk space for temporary internet file low to 1 MB. You can also go back 1 menu and delete the cache (delete files).
- In Mozilla Firefox: Open Firefox and type about:config in the location bar. Find the setting for browser.cache.check_doc_frequency. Double click on this and choose modify from the popup menu. Change the value to 1 and the browser will now check for a new version of the page on every page load.
